What has shifted in the last decade of what I am and am not available for?

There are certain clients and people who think a certain way that I am no longer available for.

I AM available for game changers, those who think differently and those who have a hunger for growth, transformation and fun.

I am not available for feeling like crap after meals I eat. I am not available for being a rescuer and seen as “a fix it or help me” friend. (This used to be a big one for me in my 20’s…..I would be "miss fix it for everyone" but transformed my belief and pattern that I was only valuable and worthy by what I could help others with…. Classic wounded healer!!) 

​I AM available for those that LOVE transformation, love helping themselves and LOVE discovering more of themselves through my work. 

I am not available for lies.

I AM available for TRUTH and TRANSPARENCY. 

I am not available for poverty.

I AM available for customers, clients and people that LOVE to pay me for my work and LOVE to contribute to community making a difference in this world.

I know what’s it like to barely scrape through. I know what it’s like to be thrilled and proud of myself for how I lived a great year and maybe made certain ends meet all at the cost of completely denying my core needs for healthy food, rushing everywhere, hustling for every dollar and having a real issue with food being wasted so I would collect food from the takeaway shop under my clinic when I practise in Newtown and would distribute it to the homeless.

Now that may have been a great “act” and deed for the homeless I did for several years but during that time I myself was so deprived! I wasn't giving from a place of inner abundance myself. I was living in denial.

I hated my relationship at the time, my thyroid was under attack by my immune system and I was developing secondary autoimmune diseases from the inflammation and stress in my body. 

I worked several volunteer positions, distributed food, ran 2 clinics, and was surviving off the fumes of the great inner feelings “of transforming clients “. Sure I did great work but at what cost? 

I developed an eating disorder for years because when I’d pick up all the yummy left overs of the day's trade (i.e whatever the shop didn’t sell) and when I was too tired to drive it that night….. I’d end up eating a burger or vegetarian casserole myself and the guilt of it all just made me feel worse! It was supposed to go to a those who REALLY needed it, (yet I denied myself in so many ways I didn't even accept or acknowledge that I needed it!) 

Technically there was no issue with it because sure I’d drive it over to homeless in the morning but my point is that I was so exhausted, tired, barley scraping through, I had issues with wasting anything, so I ate more, piled on weight, never felt fulfilled, ignited developing autoimmune issues, all because I never took stock of what was really going on and was available for everyone but myself barely making enough to it for rent, food, etc and just so busy with volunteering and giving that I developed eating disorders and could not even have the capacity to nourish myself properly. 

All of the above has long gone and shifted and I know there's a part of you that can relate to times that are or were tough and you are now ready to UPGRADE to your next level of what you CHOOSE to be available for.

Some clients call me the “soul whisperer” because I can hear and get up under what they themselves have not even formed in thought but feel at a core level.

They feel the truth and resonate with what I may identify in words which until now has only existed in unconscious energy and patterns and when that person then sees this and has obviously given the go ahead to shift it, that spark, that light, that amazing next level of activating a new capacity for more, activating a new capacity for receiving and a new level of “what am I available for” is the MOST rewarding feeling in the world.
